Keith Montgomery writes in:To me a bike that doesn't need to be worked on or"fixed up" is of no use.I bought this one from a guy whose house burned and the bike was kinda sitting out in the drive for a long time. I was visiting my friends shop, Monster M4 Suzuki one day and I stopped and left a card with my name on it for the owner to call if it was for sale.Sixty dollars later it was sittin
Reader Ride! A Killer Katana From Iceland!
I'm pretty sure this is our first Icelandic Bike! And what a great way to start! A lot of people didn't/don't like the styling of these bikes. I don't know why exactly. Yes it was very different at the time and there hasn't been much like it since but I personally wish there was more bold design like this from Japan.Anyway, thank Much Duddi! Here is my Katana 19821428cc Wiseco big bore and more

Suzuki GSX-R1000 - White Widow Maker
There are two sides to every tale and as the timeless phrase goes, to each their own. Where some prefer their stretched bling machines, others tread lightly in search of a more understated path. While understandably the subdued cues of a modest-custom may not initially catch your eye, it's that second glance that will keenly captivate you.
Loren Canepa's 2008 Gixxer 1000 happens to be just that--understated insanity. A quick glance and your eyes might catch the blue accents, icy paint and carbon bits. But we'd bet you probably missed the carbon fiber BST wheels at first reference. We'd go as far as to say you might have missed the under-slung Taylormade exhaust, custom CNC machined rear rotor, the Galfer rotors up front and possibly even the Sato rearsets.
It's true, buried deep within the typical sea of excess, we almost missed this carbon fiber rocket. It was the wheels that stopped our forward progression through a crowded bike night however.
The Suzuki also sports such go-fast necessities as Spiegler brake lines, a Power Commander III and an hlins steering damper. Being the critical sort that we are, the lack of suspension mods seemed the only weakness on an otherwise tidy package. Undeterred by our scrutiny, the owner was quick to prove that his paper-plated Gixxer was in need of more mileage before its new underpinnings were to be fitted. "I'm waiting to put a few more miles on it before I fit the new suspension--it's only got 100 miles on it right now and I'm waiting to make my own judgment about the stock setup. I've heard good and bad things about it out of the box."
Wondering if this white widowmaker would be forever relinquished to mantelpiece status or actually put to the test, Canepa added that the bike would not soon collect dust. "My K5 is setup for track duties, so I built this one as a streetbike to be ridden."

The Suzuki Jelato 125 is powered by a 124cc engine equipped with Suzuki's latest small engine fuel injection system. This fuel-injection system, which Suzuki calls DCP-FI. The Twist and Go automatic CVT transmission means there's no shifting, and the single cylinder 125cc fuel-injection engine is more than powerful enough for driving through the streets of Bangkok.

2011 Suzuki Hayabusa New Model Features
Transmission Features
* The Hayabusa comes with an optimized 6-speed transmission. Oil spray to the 4th, 5th and 6th gears reduce wear and mechanical noise during highway cruising. Suzuki Clutch Assist System (SCAS) serves as back-torque-limiting system for smooth downshifts and also contributes to a light clutch pull.
Chassis Features
* A lightweight and rigid twin-spar aluminum frame minimizes weight while maintaining high torsional strength.
* The Hayabusa has been outfitted with a fully adjustable inverted front fork featuring DLC (Diamond-Like Coating) coated inner tubes. The front suspension offers minimal friction resistance and provides outstanding suspension performance over a variety of riding conditions.
* A bridged aluminum alloy swingarm features a cross-sectional shape for increased rigidity, which also helps cope with improved rear tire grip and increased engine output. The Hayabusa’s fully adjustable rear shock absorber has a 43mm piston and 14mm rod diameter.
* Radial-mount front brake calipers offer maximum braking performance and allows for smaller 310mm front brake rotors resulting in reduced unsprung weight and improved handling. A lightweight single piston rear brake caliper works in conjunction with a 260mm rear brake disc.
* 3-spoke cast-aluminum-alloy wheels are shod with 120/70ZR17M/C (58W) front and 190/50ZR17M/C (73W) rear radial tires.
* Vertically stacked twin headlights provide increased light intensity, improved light distribution and match the elegant flow of the Hayabusa styling.
* The Hayabusa’s instrument cluster features four analog meters for speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge and water temperature with a S-DMS mode indicator, gear position indicator and adjustable engine-rpm indicator.
* Advanced aerodynamics offering superb wind protection both for normal and completely tucked-in seating positions.
* The Hayabusa comes with a bright, durable LED taillight, with clear inner lens and red outer lens.

Engine Features
* The Hayabusa is equipped with a 1340cc, in-line, DOHC liquid-cooled engine with 16-valves, and Twin Swirl Combustion Chambers (TSCC).
* Lightweight aluminum alloy pistons with a compression ratio of 12.5:1 are used for maximum performance in all conditions. Hard, smooth chrome-nitride Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating on the upper compression and oil control rings on each piston reduces friction while improving cylinder sealing.
* Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material (SCEM) cylinder plating improves heat transfer, durability and ring seal.
* Lightweight titanium valves allow the use of light valve springs and high lift while maintaining accurate valve control. Iridium spark plugs are used for high combustion efficiency.
* The Hayabusa’s engine is fed via Suzuki’s SDTV (Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve) fuel injection system with dual 12-hole, fine-spray injectors per cylinder and ram air intake with large volume airbox.
* Suzuki Pulsed-secondary AIR-injection (PAIR) system ignites unburned hydrocarbons and reduces carbon monoxide emissions.
* S-DMS (Suzuki Drive Mode Selector) allows the rider to choose from three different engine settings depending on riding conditions or rider preferences.
* The Hayabusa comes with a large volume 4-2-1-2 exhaust system with a large capacity catalyzer, dual triangular canisters and closed loop system.
* A high efficiency curved radiator features dual electric fans controlled by the ECM for increased cooling capacity. The oil cooler has 10 rows cores for increased heat dissipation.

Suzuki Gladius Concept by Nasty GPDESIGN
GPDESIGN proposes an interesting concept motorcycle called Nasty based Suzuki Gladius 650. The concept of the motion is focused on technology and innovation leading to customize both design and emphasize safety. Concept Nasty has the task of entertaining the motorcyclist in everyday life, with versatility.
The saddle height from the ground has been increased by 70 mm and increased to 855 mm. The range was adjusted to allow a more sporty. The surface of the saddle was made with high quality water resistant leather, the upholstery has been increased to 2 cm. The double stem section 22-28 has completed a new curvature from raiser and coverage between the two plates look more impressive. In the version submitted for the painting was used an innovative material that fruit properties of photo luminescence, this type of material was used for the cuffs, the tank and wheels. The property of the photo luminescence is to accumulate a certain quantity of both natural and artificial light and then return the shine in the dark for a period of about 4-5 hours. Were used and exhaust tip from the official catalog SUZUKI. Nasty will continually evolving and customized as desired by allowing the end user to have a motorcycle customized.
